I tried all the solutions offered on this thread... Created new library - FAIL... Rebuilt database/permissions - FAIL... ETC!


What worked for me was switching iphone cables. I was using an Apple OEM USB Charging/Data Cable with Apple OEM USB Extensions to make the cable longer. Once I switched to another Apple OEM USB Charging/Data Cable I was able to import with success!

NOTE: Remove any USB extension cables from Apple OEM Charging/Data Cable. Switch to another Apple OEM Charging/Data Cable. Solve my problem after all else failed... try this first!
